Terms & Conditions

  • 50% deposit when booking is required.
  • Because Chandlers Rest is on a working farm it is not pet friendly. Sorry.
  • No smoking in cottage or on premises.
  • Not suitable for children 2-12 years of age.
  • The cottage accommodation is located on 400 acres with a unfenced creek at its door step.

Cancellations

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund for all nights if cancellation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
  • Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
